Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (EU law)
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
2. Process
Ship the item to our return address (provided via email)
You are responsible for return shipping costs
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
