How It Works

Register or log in to your account. Only authenticated customers can leave reviews.
Purchase a Product
Place an order for the product you'd like to review. Reviews are tied to real purchases.
Receive Your Order
Wait until your order is delivered. You can only review products that you have physically received.
Share Your Experience
Go to your My Reviews page or the product page and rate the product from 1 to 5 stars. Optionally add a title and written feedback.
Why Only Verified Reviews?
We believe honest feedback starts with real experience. By requiring a delivered order before a review can be submitted, we ensure that:
- Every review reflects a genuine customer experience
- Ratings are based on actual product use, not assumptions
- You can shop with confidence knowing the feedback is authentic
- Our product ratings accurately represent real customer satisfaction
Review Moderation
All reviews go through a moderation process before being published. This ensures that reviews meet our community guidelines and contain helpful, relevant feedback.
New reviews start with a "Pending" status and are not visible to other customers until approved.
Approved reviews appear on the product page and contribute to the overall rating.
If a review doesn't meet our guidelines, it will be rejected with a reason visible on your My Reviews page.
Review Guidelines
- Be honest and specific about your experience with the product
- Focus on the product itself — its quality, effectiveness, and value
- Avoid offensive language, personal attacks, or irrelevant content
- Do not include personal information such as phone numbers or addresses
- One review per product — you can edit your review at any time
If you edit an approved review, it will be sent back for moderation before appearing publicly again.
